I know I shouldn't be here. 3B is starting tomorrow and I'm totally dreading it. This 2 weeks flew by too fast. Oh, not forgetting that the first one week was for exams. Crap was MS. MS was crappily (Lol, self-invented word) tough. It's too damn short and now it's another round of clinicals and then inservice again.

Bacon's 22nd✿

The special little (belated) surprise for that special someone. ♥

Late night baking with Vanni. The triple choc muffins from Min from Australia. Can't be found in Sg. And preparing the props. Slept around 2am. Packed everything that I've prepared including those from daiso that I spent at least an hour in it, after my last paper that Friday. Gotta thank my dear sister for her help - some baking and cutting :)

19 Aug, Sunday.

Waiting for the b'day boy who was 45min late. Mmm. This ass still wanna bargain and didn't wanna come down to fetch me because he had to walk a big round down. I just had to say that my heel was hurting (which was true, not another white lie). And he just had to text me "Omg, something bad is gonna happen."
Excuse: To meet Bacon at 2pm at Cityhall. Because we are going to eat a good lunch as recommended by bloggers, and I can't decide where. Changed meeting venue to Raffles Place.

Plan: Marina Barrage for picnic ^^

So I hid the barang-barang by the side of the bench so that he couldn't see from afar. After sitting next to me then he realized. (hugs) Off we go to picnic^^ Excited me versus his 'wtf' face because he was dressed handsomely in domanji (my fav!) and long jeans with shoes. Oh well, I did say dress handsomely but I didn't ask him to wear like that -for picnic. Hehe but I knew he would. Just wanna 耍他. :D Someone just kept complaining about his inappropriate outfit, my untold plan (excuse me, it's a surprise), and my barang-barang which he bugged me to throw away and complained that why I couldn't buy a foldable kite and he just wanna throw it away and buy me a new kite. Hello I lugged the barang-barang all the way from Admiralty to Raffles. He bugged me the entire trip since we met. And I refused.....then I just had to say yes to shut him up. He perspired for free man, under the hot sun. Hehehe. (Am I freaking kidding you?!) YES, I AM! :D Oh yeah, we were so dumb we missed the stop and it turned one big round for the next stop, so big that it was like 2 bus-stops away. Not just us though, there were other dumb people like us too. Lol. And this unappreciative ass just niam me for the entire time.... And he already knew that I bought the A&F shirt for him as he saw the photo I just tagged on FB with Belle and Yixi, from the day before. Damn, there was no way that I could bluff my way through. Why was I so careless? Then I got labelled as loser again :/ The weather that day was awesome for picnic, but it was too hot and this ass kept complaining that it was hot, so we didn't go up the usual place with the mega grass patch, but chose a more quiet and shady place. 

The fried rice and my very own homemade mash potatoes with cheesy hotdogs^^ Fried rice was done with mummy's help and mash potatoes was mashed and seasoned all by myself. Ahem. Like a free style seasoning :P But Bacon praised my mash potatoes. Hehehe. And I woke up early and started preparing since 9 am. I felt so sad, cause what I'd prepared was so little for this big eater. I imagined myself making more food man. Luckily, it was filling for us as it was carbo++

Hehe, brought balloons but forgot to bring strings. Fail. But we found strings. Lucky us. But we spent like 15 min trying to tie them and someone was just SO DAMN HUNGRY. I KNOW.

Not even surprised at the gift -.- Can't you just act a little surprised? Anyway I bought him the grey top as I thought he wouldn't like maroon. Then later he told me he likes maroon, his fav. UGH. I spent damn long in A&F choosing please. And that maroon was the first that caught my eye and I really liked it. I'm so sad. (stabs self)

Hello kitty specs and geek specs specially sponsored by my wormy :D I only asked for hello kitty specs but she went the extra mile to borrow from her bro and lent to me the geek one for Bacon.

People doing photoshoots. They had bubbles and sunflowers. But ours weren't in any way inferior to them ;) Oh yes, I was bitten by mosquitoes. I had up to 8 bites on my legs and this idiot just 嫌弃 me. #lastwarning

Time to fly kite. Someone's first time. We were so totally not coordinated. Managed to get the kite up after few attempts. And someone got a rope-burn after handling the strings for the first time. Cui. So Around 5 plus it was time to go. Bacon suggested the cafe as he needed a drink and a proper air-conditioned place to chill. So we started packing and I accidentally dropped the polariod camera (that I borrowed from Lsm) on the grass. It was merely like less than 10cm?! And grass = soft impact. After I changed the cartridge, the camera died on me :( We even went to buy new batteries but it just won't work. Sob TTM. I'm so damn sway please. I frantically called julene, toby, lsm to ask them about it and no one has ever 'spoilt' their polariod cam before. I was so damn sad. And this Bacon was still bugging me about throwing my barang-barang away. As he wasn't aware of the next plan... On the side note, my 2nd surprise was ready.

Which was... Yixi and Stanley waiting at carpark gonna pick us up. I had a hard time trying to blindfold Bacon but he just won't listen. UGH. I said that I've on-called on cab to pick us to another place. And there he went LOOKING LEFT AND RIGHT AND EVERYWHERE SUSPICIOUSLY for any cab in sight. And pushed me away and said "NO HAHAHA! I DON'T BELIEVE." We were struggling for awhile and I wished I could just knock him out. LOL. FINALLY MANAGED TO CONVINCE HIM. AND WENT INTO STANLEY'S CAR. Before this while we were still figetting like 2 idiots, I could see wormy suddenly just hid herself with Stanley like some paparazzi. It was so hilarious and Bacon just  wouldn't cooperate. In addition, during the picnic, he accidentally saw my incoming message "Okay see you tonight." We 'fought' over the phone and luckily I deleted the message. #win

Stop fighting and fidgeting! The 'cab' was dead silence. HAHAHA. I said that I've told the 'taxi-driver' beforehand not to utter a word throughout the journey. Yixi and Stanley were working and acting well. I causally made a comment "Omg, it's so stuffy." Stanley turned up the aircon. Bacon trying to be funny "Omg, so warm." Stanley blasted the air-con. LOL. He kept peeking and he saw a pair of big eyes. And throughout the ride, he just kept saying "HELLO YIXI, IS THAT YOU? I SAW YOUR BIG EYES. And this is a white car." HAHA, complete denial. And upon reaching, the blindfold dropped twice. I covered up in time but I reckoned he already know everything -.- Finally made it to CMPB @ Dempsey. We got out the car and Bacon was blindfolded till the car left. Haha. We made it just on time (7pm) just as I'd made the reservation, just the day before. Actually one more cake surprise to be ordered by yixi, but in the end I scraped it off. Saw the cute pair standing outside and waving to me, with Bacon's back facing them, awww... they looked so cute and I feel touched with their help :')

Bacon: So the taxi-driver took your barang-barang too?
Me: YES :D
Bacon: Out with the truth now. ROARRRR.

The picnic actually made us super full and we couldn't finish the food we'd ordered. No room for desserts as well. Oh yeah, the salmon on the pizza was sent back to make it more cooked for me ^^ There was a band at 9pm too. Oh did I say, I love their water there. Rofl. We slacked till 9 plus. Before leaving, I went to the toilet and when walking back to our seats, I thought of giving Bacon the last impromptu surprise by dedicating a b'day message and song for him. He went to the toilet after me. I was so scared he couldn't make it in time for my dedication. Luckily he did. But by then he was on the phone, trying to on-call a cab -.- He couldn't hear the message clearly. I could see the singer trying to control her laughters at the 'Bacon' name. Haha. Anyway, here it goes:

We were about to leave already and suddenly the 'surprise' came. Bacon was like "Is this part of your plan again?" I was innocent. It was on the house :D How nice right. I was surprised too. The brownie was super yummy. And my stomach was really to its limit already.

This whole thing won't be a success without them. P.S Love is in the air. So happy for my worm. :') And I must admit that I'm not an awesome planner. So many loop-holes in this little surprise. But still, happy belated b'day to my special one. I just had to do something more. For 2 years I was busy with exams and didn't hold any proper celebration with you. Even this was 5 days belated. And of cause, happy (belated) 13th♥
